I am currently in production on a low budget, passion-project documentary titled The Stained Glass Ceiling. This film sets out to examine the role of
women in the Catholic Church and the many obstacles they are facing in light of the Vatican’s recent focus on issues that impact women.
Coming up August 7-11, 2012 in St. Louis, MO the LCWR Assembly will take place where 800 members of the Leadership Conference of Women Religious will gather to determine their response to the charges against them by the Vatican. There will be a public gathering to welcome the sisters as they arrive at the airport and also outside the conference headquarters to cheer the nuns on and offer them support.
